petty&petite was founded in early 2021 by Tina Chu. She could never find petite activewear that fit and looked good. Being as petty as she is, she did it herself.

Based in Los Angeles, raised in Oakland, CA.

Tina spent years constantly researching and looking for clothes that fit her size. Being short, it was a wild battle with buying new gym clothes all the time. 

After countless hours googling, Tina never found anything that fit her style. It was a search with limited results, and ever since then, she knew she wanted to start her own line. She already had the perfect name in mind, petty&petite

Activewear manufactured in LA, her proudest accomplishment is having one of the best quality, fit, and functionality on the market.

Tina’s favorite part of being a small business owner is the opportunity to build an inclusive clothing brand and to keep growing. As a first generation, minority and woman-owned business, Tina created petty&petite activewear with optimum fits to amplify confidence.
